Davenport's Dream Home/Villa located just minutes from Disney and other local theme parks. With many store like Walmart, Publix, and restaurants near by. For those that like to golf there is a Golf course within 5 minutes. Our newly decorated, fully furnished home awaits you.
This home is in a beautiful community that has a play ground, tennis courts, basketball court , and a pool. Davenport's Dream is a 4 bedroom with 2 Master suites, 3 full bathrooms, with plenty of towels. The other 2 bedrooms have TV's with 2 twin beds in each room. All linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are included.
Eat- In- Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, toaster, blender, pot/ pans, dishes and everything you would need. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a large table. Family room has Cable T.V. with 220 channels, Dvd/vcr and many movies for all ages. For the kids, there are many board games. There is a computer that has High Speed Internet Service free of charge. Telephone is available for All Local And Long Distance Calls within the United States at No Extra Charge.
In the backyard there is an over sized screened in Heated Pool with pool toys, and a large patio and furniture. There is also a charcoal BBQ In the garage there is a washer and dryer to go home with clean laundry. In the Bonus Room for those who like to "Rack Them Up" there is a Pool Table.
