| This comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beachfront condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Fully equipped to ensure your vacation is enjoyable, the condo includes all the comforts of home. The living area, master bedroom, and bathroom are on the main floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom featuring twin beds. The huge beachfront balcony provides unlimited beach views. Sunsets are spectacular!
This condo is a loft unit. It is on the top floor of a three floor walk-up building. There is no elevator.
There are 6 buildings in the Nautical Watch complex. Two are beachfront, and our condo is in one of these. The other four buildings are grouped around the pool.
Summer rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
Please note this is a self-service condo. It is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave, but there is no daily maid service.

We do not rent to unaccompanied persons under the age of 25. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED!
