Panama City Beach Vacation Rentals By Owners. The Summit Condos home of MTV Spring Break 2006. Great value prices for Summer family vacations. Special features of the Summit Condominiums include two huge swimming pools (one is heated), three large new hot tubs, new gym and exercise equipment and dry saunas, tennis courts, and 600 feet of private sugar white beachfront. The Summit Tiki bar is by the pool, and "Bikini Bob's Snack Bar and restaurant is beachside. A convenience store and large game room are on site. Beautiful gardens, shuffleboard and tennis courts, charcoal grills, and picnic areas are there for your family fun. Condos are individually owned and decorated by owners.
The Summit is secure and gated; the parking lot and grounds are patrolled by onsite security.
Waverunner rentals, Parasail rides and beach chair rentals are available on the beach. The Summit is close to the two largest beach clubs in the world, Spinnaker and Club La Vela. Schooners Last Local's Beach Club, Ms Newbys, Ruthie T’s, Captain Andersons and Hammerhead Fred’s are nearby. Walk to restaurants, mini golf, and other area attractions for all ages. Bay Pointe, Hombre, and Signal Hill championship golf courses are nearby.
