| Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is located six miles east of the heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It is a 2500 acre world class resort. It has four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a sports and spa clinic, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants, the
Hilton Hotel, and much more. It is beautifully landscaped with security at all the entrances. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and rollerblade.
This unit is a three bedroom two bath on the beach in Beachside One Towers. It is located on the third floor. The unit number is 4030. I have one, two, and three bedroom units on the beach in Beachside Towers. My rates all year round are 40% off the resort rates (and sometimes more). There is a heated pool, located just steps from the beach. The Hilton Hotel is right next door, with several restaurants, and a new spa/fitness center. This unit is perfect for one large family or two small families to share. It has a king in two of the bedrooms, two queens in the third, and a queen sleeper in the family room. The unit is updated with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort. You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge. Don't miss it!
This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens provided, and free local phone calls. The rates include the cleaning
fee. Compare my rates with the resort rates, you will be shocked at the difference! WiFi is coming in 2006.
I have been self managing my units and managing other units since 1992. My rates can't be beat anywhere. Much of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your friends and family and want to come back! No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!
