Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a beautiful gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen, Fancy Free located in Old Florida Village on Scenic 30A offers you walking distance to the beautiful blue waters of the gulf coast as well as to shopping and dining.
Fancy Free is decorated in a casual beach style yet offers more ammenities than you could imagine! We are located just a short stroll from 2 neighborhood pools. Our cottage features an open floor plan with 4 lovely porches. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and an adjacent full bath. Upstairs,the master bedroom features a king size bed and full bath with separate tub and shower. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a full bath. All bedrooms as well as the great room feature large TV's and DVD players. The bunk room features a Playstation 2 as well. This house is a perfect retreat for any family. We even provide sandtoys, games, books and movies!!!

Hop on your bike or walk the wonderful paved bike path that runs along Scenic 30-A and offers beautiful views of the gulf coast as well as entrance to such lovely beach towns as Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
If golf is your game, Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just a few miles from Old Florida Village. There are several other golf courses nearby as well. |
