| Come and enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1151 square foot condo at Surfside Resort in Destin, FL!
We completed a total renovation at the end of 2004 including:
* Tile flooring throughout entire condo.
* All rooms repainted.
* New kitchen countertops and appliances, including height-adjustable sink.
* All new furniture in kitchen, living room, 2nd bedroom.
* Wider doorways and roll-in shower in master suite for wheelchair access.
* 300 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets in both bedrooms - so soft and luxurious!
One thing we DIDN'T change is our SPECTACULAR 12th floor view! We are on the east side of the building so we have NO buildings obstructing our ocean view. Enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in the condo. Relax out onto the private 8' x 28' balcony (which opens from both bedrooms, living room, and kitchen) and gaze down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the way to Panama City!
Our huge master bedroom includes a walk-in lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath with tiled walk-in/roll-in shower. A washer/dryer unit is in master bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with large closet and bathroom with tub/shower combo. It also has a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom can be locked out and has its own entrance. Pets are NOT allowed, NO Smoking.
The living room couch opens into a queen-size bed. Stereo, CD Player, TV, DVD/VCR all in living room for entertainment. Dining room has mirrored walls which provide a great view from all seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, including a height adjustable sink and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining.
Surfside's lobby and hallways have recently been remodeled with beautiful new flooring and decor. Pool area features a large heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, and a bath house with showers and sauna. Cross over the skybridge/catwalk to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Tennis under the lights, or basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard are all available above the COVERED parking garage. Golf next door at Seascape.
Surfside Resort offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection and has added a FITNESS room with gym equipment.
