| Our home is located in the area's only upscale, complete, resort, vacation home community, Windsor Palms. The resort is located only two miles from the Disney property. The community is gated with 24 hour manned gatehouse.
Our home is fully furnished and professionally decorated with four bedrooms (Two King Master Suites), three bathrooms, and a private screened pool. You and your family can unwind by the pool after a full day at the theme parks! The swimming pool also has a child safe screen and alarms on the patio doors.
The Windsor Palms Resort has many activities such as an Olympic-size pool and wading pool for the kids, work out room, game room, 60 seat movie theater, pizza restaurant, and sundry shop. The clubhouse is luxuriously appointed and the resort is beautifully landscaped.
There are basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts are onsite, together with a kids' playground, walking trails, and biking trails. The huge, central, pool area will provide a suitable location for the kids to meet new friends, leaving the adults to soak up the sun at the house pool!

-A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve the home. No actual charge is made unless there is damage to the home or excessive cleaning is needed. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
