This villa, located only six miles from Disneyworld, has every feature you would expect in a resort vacation spot!
** Excellent Location! A quiet community, beautiful grounds, with convenient access to Highway 192 a mile up the road. There you have immediate access to a long strip of tourism-- shopping, attractions, and restaurants galore. Take the resort shuttle to the Disney Parks-- Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM-- or drive: It's only a couple turns and you are there! Keep reading if you need to know mileage to other big favorites.
** Incredible Value! Our villa is a second floor unit allowing for vaulted ceilings and spacious living (over 1200 sq. feet). Our end unit has extra windows to let in Florida sun, a fabulous view out the back balcony, and is near the clubhouse. Our vacation home is maintained to provide comfort and luxury to our guests: king size bed, private bath in master bedroom, walk-in closets, washer and dryer inside the condo, etc.
** Oustanding Amenities! The complex is designed for vacationers: Outdoor there is a heated pool, hot tub, playground, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, picnic area & grills, and pretty ponds to enjoy local water fowl. Inside the clubhouse are game stations, internet access, billiards, movie rentals, an exercise room, sauna, with friendly staff operating a shop for the little conveniences (snacks, gifts, pharmacy items, etc.)
