The 12th floor is not too high in the building where people on the beach look like ants, yet not too low to the ground where beach and pool noise could be annoying. Super large 271 square foot large balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and the family room.
Each bedroom has a brand-new king-size bed, with a queen-size sleeper sofa as well in the family room. Includes three televisions plus a VCR and DVD player, granite countertops, full appliances (including washer/dryer), towels, and everything you need for a great stay.
Emerald Isle has two pools on the beach, with one heated, a large beachfront jacuzzi, exercise room, sauna, and covered garage parking. The location is close to Carillon Beach, and only a 35 minute drive to Seaside.
This unit is 1146 square feet total plus a huge balcony, and the balcony includes a large table with 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. This unit is a NON-SMOKING, no pet unit. Main renter must be at least 25 years of age. Six person occupancy maximum. WEEKLY & DAILY RATES AVAILABLE. Minimum Stay 5 Nights.
