| Situated on a PGA championship Golf Course and set amongst extensive lawns and towering palms within 20 minutes drive of Walt Disney World and other attractions. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps six people comfortably. It is air conditioned throughout and has a screened swimming pool and patio to the rear. The villa has all the facilities to make your stay in Central Florida relaxing and enjoyable. Restaurants and bars nearby and a 24hr Walmart situated at the entrance. Villa Information
Lounge
The spacious lounge has comfortable furnishings, an entertainment unit with cable TV, DVD player, music system. There is a telephone and all local calls are free.
Dining Area
This area contains a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors from the dining area lead onto the pool and patio area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fitted with full size oven, hob and fridge freezer with icemaker, built
in microwave oven, dishwasher and disposal unit. There is a breakfast bar and a full range of utensils, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Patio & Pool
Relax in the fully screened pool area. With child safety fence if desired. Sun loungers, chairs and a table are provided for your comfort. The swimming pool can be heated, but it is advisable to book in advance of your stay, so that the required temperature is reached for your arrival.
Master Bedroom (en suite)
This is a generous sized master bedroom with a queen sized bed and cable T.V. It is en-suite with bath/shower WC, a mirrored vanity unit & hairdryer. There is a walk in wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space.
Double Bedroom
Again this is a queen sized bed with a large walk in cupboard with co-ordinating bedroom furniture.
Twin Room
This room has two single beds a free standing chest of drawers and a large storage cupboard.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and a mirrored vanity unit with a hairdryer.
Utility/Garage
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The garage is easily accessible from the villa through a secure internal door.
