| Come stay with us and enjoy a dream vacation in this beautiful direct oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Hear the sounds of the ocean from the second floor balcony.Our unit is exceptionally furnished with all brand new high quality furniture. Why stay with us?? Because we have the most spectacular direct oceanfront views on Daytona Beach!
The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both living room and master bedroom suite. Master bedroom includes a King size bed, 42" Plasma Tv, Chair and Ottoman, walk-in closet, large bathroom with oversized garden bathtub, separate walk-in shower. Bath towels included throughout. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, 42" Plasma TV and the third bedroom has a full bed and a twin day bed with trundel. Large closets and dressers in each bedroom. There are two additional bathrooms with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
The gameroom includes a powered wet bar, bumper pool, poker table with Harley Davison poker chips, office desk and an armoire that contains all of the beach supplies. The living room has a leather sectional and a 48" plasma TV. The building features secured entrance, secured underground parking, a large community room with a big screen TV, pool table and unsecured WiFi connection. Across the hall is an exercise room overlooking the pool deck and beach. There are two heated swimming pools, 2 heated jacuzzis.
We are 5 miles from Daytona International Speedway, 2 miles from the Daytona pier, 90 minutes from DisneyWorld, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, 60 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Historic St. Augustine
Pets allowed with prior owner approval.
